What to expect
- Price before we start. You see the price here, and we confirm it in the shop before any work begins.
- Most repairs while you wait. Phone screens and batteries are usually done in about 30 minutes. For laptops and consoles we tell you the expected time when you drop the device off.
- Your data stays on the device. We do not wipe anything for a screen, battery or charging port repair.
- Twelve months warranty on the repair and the parts we fit.
Where to find us
Jonker Fransstraat 107a, Rotterdam city centre, and Kleine Beer 9 at Alexandrium. Both shops are open seven days a week and our staff speak English. You are welcome without an appointment, but with one you know exactly when it is your turn.

Do I need an appointment?
No, you are welcome during opening hours. With an appointment you skip the wait and we can have the part ready.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email, or send us a WhatsApp message and we will move it for you.
What does it cost to have my device checked?
A diagnosis costs between 29 and 79 euro depending on the device. That amount is waived when you have the repair done with us, so you only pay it if you decide against the repair.
Do you speak English?
Yes, all our staff speak English. You can also message us on WhatsApp in English before you come by.
What if my repair is not in the list?
Pick the option that comes closest, or just come by. We look at the device and tell you what is possible and what it costs.
