Which Pixel do I have?
Go to Settings, About phone, and look under Model. If the screen no longer works, the model number is printed on the SIM tray or on the back near the bottom. Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you. We repair the Pixel 3 and newer, including the a-models, the Pro and Pro XL versions and the Pixel Fold.
Pixel screens: what to expect
Most modern Pixels use an OLED panel, which is why a Pixel screen costs more than a screen for a mid range phone. On a Pixel the fingerprint sensor sits under the display, so after a screen replacement it needs to be recalibrated; we do that as part of the repair and test it before you take the phone home. On the folding models the inner screen is a separate and considerably more expensive part than the outer one, so tell us which of the two is damaged.

Yes. The sensor sits under the display and is recalibrated as part of the repair. We test it before you leave.
