Which iPad do I have?
Turn the iPad over. The small print on the back shows a model number starting with A, for example A2696. Tell us that number, or look under Settings, General, About. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the back on WhatsApp and we will identify it for you. We repair iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro and iPad mini, from the older models up to the newest ones.
Glass only, or the whole screen?
On older iPads the glass and the display are separate parts, so a crack in the glass can often be fixed without replacing the display; that keeps the price down. On newer models the two are bonded into one unit and the whole assembly is replaced. We check which applies to your model and tell you what it means for the price before we start.

Frequently asked questions
Will I lose my photos and apps?
No. With a screen, glass, battery or charging port repair everything stays on your iPad and we never ask for your passcode. A backup before any repair is always sensible.
How long does it take?
Most iPad repairs are ready the same day. Glass replacement needs time for the adhesive to cure, so the iPad usually stays with us for a few hours.
My iPad is bent. Can it still be repaired?
Often yes, but a bent housing has to be straightened before a new screen will sit flat, and that affects the price. Bring it in and we will tell you what is possible before we start.
Do you repair iPads that no longer switch on?
Yes. That usually means work on the logic board, which we do in house. If the iPad cannot be saved we can often still recover your data; see data recovery.
Is the diagnosis free?
It costs €29 and is waived as soon as you have the repair done with us, so going ahead costs you nothing extra.
