What an Apple repair costs
Prices include VAT, the part, fitting, testing and 12 months warranty. The exact amount depends on your model.

A diagnosis costs €29 for an iPhone or iPad and €49 for a MacBook, and it is waived as soon as you have the repair done with us.
Certified Apple repairer, with a choice
Being a certified Apple repairer means we can order genuine Apple parts and run Apple’s own diagnostic software, so a repaired device keeps working the way it should. For iPhone screens you can usually choose between three options:
- Official Apple screen. The same part Apple uses. Keeps True Tone and Face ID exactly as they were.
- Premium OLED. An OLED panel that comes very close to the original, at a lower price. The option most people choose.
- Premium compatible. The most affordable option, good quality but not an OLED panel.
You hear which options exist for your model, what each one costs and what the difference is, before anything happens.
What we repair on Apple devices
- iPhone. Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back glass, speakers, buttons and water damage. Most are done within 30 minutes.
- iPad. Screens, front glass, batteries, charging ports and home buttons. Usually ready the same day.
- MacBook. Screens, batteries, keyboards, trackpads, charging ports and liquid damage. Usually within 24 hours.
- iMac. Screens, glass panels, hard drives and SSD upgrades.
- Apple Watch. Screens and batteries.
- Logic board work. Microsoldering in house, including data recovery from devices that no longer switch on.
Will I lose my data?
No. With a screen, battery, charging port, camera or back glass repair everything stays on your device and we never ask for your passcode. We do recommend making an iCloud backup before any repair, as you would before any work on a device. If your Apple device no longer starts at all and you have no backup, read about data recovery: on an iPhone or a modern MacBook the storage is encrypted and tied to the processor, so recovering it means repairing the board.

Are you an authorised Apple Service Provider?
We are a certified Apple repairer, which means we work with genuine Apple parts and Apple’s diagnostic tools. For repairs that fall under Apple’s own warranty or an AppleCare plan, going to Apple directly is usually cheaper for you, and we will tell you so.
Does a repair void my Apple warranty?
Work by a third party can affect Apple’s warranty on the parts involved. If your device is still under Apple warranty we will say so and explain your options before we touch it. You always get 12 months warranty from us on the part we fit and the work we do.
Will Face ID and True Tone keep working?
With an official Apple screen, yes. With other screen options True Tone may be affected on some models. We tell you exactly what applies to your model before you choose.
How long does it take?
Most iPhone repairs are done within 30 minutes while you wait. iPads are usually ready the same day, MacBooks within 24 hours. Logic board work takes longer and you hear the expected time when you hand the device in.
