Is it only the glass or the whole screen?

On most modern phones the glass and the display are one unit, so we replace the complete screen. That is why the touch keeps working perfectly and the colours stay the same. If only the back glass or the camera glass is broken, that is a cheaper repair.

Can I wait for my screen replacement?

Yes. Phone screens take 30 to 60 minutes. Tablets and laptops usually take one to two days because the screen has to be ordered.

Do I lose my data?

No. A screen replacement does not affect your photos, contacts or apps.

Is the screen original?

For Samsung we use original screens. For iPhone you choose: a compatible screen, a premium screen or the official Apple screen.

What if the touch still does not work after replacing the screen?

Then the problem is somewhere else, for example on the motherboard. We test this during the free diagnosis, before you pay anything.

Is there a warranty on the new screen?

Yes, 12 months on the part and the work. Warranty does not cover new damage such as a new fall.
