You can walk into either shop without an appointment. Most screen and battery repairs are done within 30 minutes while you wait. Our team speaks English, in the shop and on WhatsApp.

  • By tram. Lines 7 and 8 stop at Noorderbrug, a four minute walk away.
  • By metro or train. From Rotterdam Centraal it is about fifteen minutes on foot, or take the tram.
  • By car. Paid parking in the Jonker Fransstraat and the surrounding streets; there is almost always a space near the door.

  • By metro or train. Rotterdam Alexander station is right next to the shopping centre, served by metro lines A and B and by trains towards Rotterdam Centraal, Gouda and Utrecht.
  • By car. Take the A20, exit Alexandrium, and park in one of the shopping centre car parks.

Do I need an appointment?

No, you can walk in seven days a week. With an appointment you know the part is ready and you are usually finished sooner.

Which shop should I go to?

Whichever is closer. The city centre shop is best reached by tram 7 or 8; the Alexandrium shop sits next to Rotterdam Alexander station and has parking. Prices and warranty are identical.

Do you speak English?

Yes, in both shops and on WhatsApp. The online booking form is available in English as well.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, debit card, credit card and cash are all accepted.

Do you repair while I wait?

Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras and back glass on a phone are almost always done within 30 minutes. Tablets are usually ready the same day and laptops within 24 hours.
