Glass only, or the whole screen?
On many Galaxy Tab models the glass and the display are separate parts. If only the glass is cracked and the picture is still perfect, replacing the glass alone is cheaper. If there are lines, coloured patches or dead touch areas, the display itself is damaged and the complete unit is replaced. We check which applies and tell you what it means for the price before we start.
Which Galaxy Tab do I have?
Look on the back for a model number starting with SM, for example SM-X700. You can also find it under Settings, About tablet. Send us that number on WhatsApp and you get the price straight away. We repair the Tab A, Tab S, Tab S FE and the Ultra models.

Will I lose my data?
No. With a screen, glass, battery or charging port repair everything stays on your tablet and we never ask for your passcode.
How long does it take?
Most Galaxy Tab repairs are ready the same day. Glass replacement needs time for the adhesive to cure, so the tablet usually stays with us for a few hours.
My tablet does not charge. Is that always the port?
Often it is just dust compacted into the port, which we can clean. Sometimes the port is worn or has come loose from the board. The diagnosis tells us which, and cleaning is a lot cheaper than a replacement.
Do you repair the S Pen as well?
If the pen no longer works, it is usually the pen itself rather than the tablet. Bring both and we will test which of the two is the problem.
