You can walk in without an appointment, seven days a week. When you book online you choose which shop you come to. The city centre shop is a four minute walk from tram stop Noorderbrug (lines 7 and 8). The Alexandrium shop sits next to Rotterdam Alexander station, on metro lines A and B.
What a repair costs
You see the price before we start, including VAT, the part, fitting, testing and 12 months warranty. Prices depend on your model; the table shows where they begin.

A diagnosis costs €29 for a phone or tablet and €49 for a MacBook. That amount is waived as soon as you have the repair done with us, so it is not an extra charge. Send us your model on WhatsApp and you get the price straight away, or see the full price list.
What we repair
- Phones. iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi, OPPO, Huawei, Motorola, Sony and more: screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back glass and water damage.
- Tablets. iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab and Microsoft Surface, usually ready the same day.
- Laptops. MacBook, HP, Dell, Acer, Asus, Lenovo and MSI: screens, batteries, keyboards, charging ports and hinges, usually within 24 hours.
- Game consoles. PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch: HDMI ports, power supplies, disc drives, fans and controller stick drift.
- Motherboard work and data recovery. We do microsoldering in house, including data recovery from devices other shops have given up on.
How a repair works
- Bring it in or send it. Walk into either shop, book a time online, or use our free mail-in service.
- Diagnosis. We find out exactly what is wrong. €29 for a phone or tablet, €49 for a MacBook, waived when you have the repair done with us.
- Your approval. You hear the price and the expected time before anything happens. We only start once you agree.
- Repair. Original parts where they exist, high grade alternatives where they do not. You always hear which we use.
- Testing and pick-up. We test the whole device, then you take it home with 12 months warranty on the part and the work.

Do I need an appointment?
No, you can walk in seven days a week. With an appointment you know the part is ready and you are usually finished sooner. You can also message us on WhatsApp to reserve a time.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our team speaks English and Dutch, in both shops and on WhatsApp. The online booking form is available in English as well.
How long does a repair take?
Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras and back glass on a phone are almost always done within 30 minutes while you wait. Tablets are usually ready the same day and laptops within 24 hours. For game consoles you hear the expected time when you hand the device in.
Will I lose my data?
No. With a screen, battery, charging port, camera or back glass repair everything stays on your device and we never ask for your passcode. We still recommend making a backup before any repair.
Is the diagnosis free?
It costs €29 for a phone or tablet and €49 for a MacBook, and that amount is waived as soon as you have the repair done with us. So if you go ahead, the diagnosis costs you nothing extra.
Do you use original parts?
We are a certified Apple repairer and use original parts where they are available. For some models we also offer a high grade alternative at a lower price. You always hear which option you are choosing and what it costs.
My device is badly damaged. Is anything still possible?
Often yes. Microsoldering is our speciality, so we work at component level on the board. Even when a device cannot be saved as a phone or laptop, we can usually still recover your photos and files. See data recovery.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, you can pay by debit card, credit card or cash in both shops.
